Why do we make injection molded prototypes?
There's no denying that regular prototypes such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting have become useful to industrial designers and manufacturers, especially at the earlier operational or appearance stages of your product development. But later in the process, when the pre-production prototypes are being built, the regular prototypes are not as helpful, When a prototype with the same precision and the same plastic materials as mass production is more helpful.
We make the injection molded prototypes under the same conditions as mass production, such as using steels to make the mold and using the same plastic materials as mass production to inject the prototypes, So the accuracy of our molded prototypes is almost the same as the regular injected parts, it can help our clients to do the test to check and verify overall performance index and production stability before mass production:
